The traditional Fluidized Reactor needs a screen plate and a sponge placed on the bottom of the Reactor to prevent the media back flow to the water inlet pipe. But in achieving this functions, it reduces greatly the flow force therefore it requires a powerful pump to generate enough flow force of the traditional kind.

Our Fluidized Reactor is an efficient and energy saving one, thanks to the flow free circulation design with it. It requires no screen plat and sponge place on the bottom side, that flow force is used in a more effective way therefore it requires smaller pump to generate the same media contact affect.
